The staff was friendly and helpful and provided lots of information about the city. The hostel had a clean and comfortable structure with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The beds were cozy and I had a good night's sleep. the hostel was located only a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city.
There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the breakfast options were very limited, consisting mainly of toast and cereal.

I had a pleasant stay at the hostel. The location was convenient, just a block away from the subway. The room was clean and I had a good night's sleep on the bunk bed. The breakfast offered a decent selection with tea/coffee, cereals, bread, and more. The hostel also had a nice bar area with a great beer menu. I would recommend Hello hostel.

I had a great stay at this hostel! The location was perfect, just a few steps from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were cheery and helpful, providing cool free maps for sightseeing. The dorm room was comfortable and clean, with a comfy bed and a bright, airy atmosphere. The facilities were top-notch, with a bar and outdoor area, a kitchen with all the basics, and even a water machine with cold water always available. a fantastic hostel experience!
One small drawback was the lack of power outlets in the room, which meant spending time in the common area to charge devices.

The value for money was great, with clean rooms and a friendly staff. The location was safe and surrounded by beautiful elements, like the world's 5th largest church.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Metro station, making it super easy to explore the city. Plus, it's right next to a subway station, which was really convenient. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, suggesting great places to eat and visit. And speaking of sweets, I discovered a delightful surprise nearby - the Godiva chocolate factory outlet! I couldn't resist picking up some delicious chocolates at a great price. the room was comfortable and clean, and the facilities, including a kitchen, were a nice bonus.
That there were no lockers in the room, but luckily I didn't need one.

One positive aspect of the hostel was its stylish premises, although they felt a bit cramped. Another advantage was the convenient location, as it was located almost next door to a metro station. This made it easy to travel around the city and explore different areas. However, these positives were overshadowed by the poor cleanliness and lack of necessary amenities in the rooms.
The cleanliness of the hostel was very disappointing. The toilet in my room was dirty and there was no toilet paper or soap available.

The hostel is conveniently located right near the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. the rooms are clean and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. the breakfast provided is also satisfying and offers a variety of options.
One minor downside is that some of the showers in the hostel lack proper changing areas and hooks, which can be a bit inconvenient when trying to hang clothing and towels.

Hello Hostel was a great place to stay in Brussels. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always available to answer any questions and provide helpful information about the area. The hostel had a cozy bar where I could enjoy a delicious meal or grab a beer from the energetic bartender. The atmosphere was relaxed and the common areas were spacious, making it a great place to hang out and meet other travelers. The rooms and common areas were kept clean and tidy, and the hostel made an effort to be eco-friendly. There was also a park and train station nearby, adding to the convenience of the location.
Nothing bad to say 😊
